Here’s what we’ll need from you, along with key details to keep in mind, as we embark on the exciting journey of building your brand together.
Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.
Share your tech packs, or if unavailable, provide at least three high-resolution reference images or sketches from different angles.
Provide files for print, embroidery, notions, and packaging in vector format with clearly stated dimensions.
Submit a garment measurement size chart for each design. Please note that body measurements cannot be used.

Startup costs typically range from $10,000 for a t-shirt collection to $20,000 for a women’s or men’s wear collection of 480 pieces.
Lead times are estimated from the start of production to its completion.

Submit your inquiry, and we’ll connect to discuss your project requirements. Once aligned, we’ll provide you with an order form link to submit your designs and get started.
After receiving your designs, we’ll review them and provide you with a custom price estimate tailored to your project.
Timeline: 2–3 Weeks
No tech pack? No worries! We’ll create one for you. The tech pack will include all the technical details, instructions, and specifications needed for seamless communication with our factories to manufacture your garments.
Timeline: 1–2 Weeks
Once the price estimate is approved, you’ll need to provide samples for fitting and sizing references. We’ll then source suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and send them to you for selection.
Timeline: 5–6 Weeks
While sourcing is in progress, our in-house design team will finalize your details and create tech packs for your designs. These tech packs will be sent to you for confirmation before we proceed with sample production.
As everything is crafted from scratch, it typically takes two rounds of samples to perfect the details and ensure everything is ready for bulk production.
Timeline: 6–8 Weeks
Once you’re satisfied with the samples and have provided approval along with the down payment, we’ll begin the bulk production process to bring your designs to life.
Timeline: 2–3 Days
After bulk production is complete, our quality control team thoroughly inspects each product to ensure it meets our high standards. Any issues are mended and resolved before the products are sent to the packaging department.
Timeline: 2–3 Days (Excluding Delivery Time)
We’re at the final stage! Here, we handle all the shipping paperwork and coordinate the shipment of your products to your doorstep. Before shipping, the final payment for the balance and shipping costs will be required.
